Dear Friend of Agriculture:

            Thank you for your support and interest in the 2007 Ag Partners Hay Relief Program.  As you are aware, an extreme hay shortage is affecting farmers around the state and it is important to the agricultural community that we help these farmers in every possible way.  Through this program, donated funds will be used to help offset the high cost of transportation of hay brought into North Carolina from other states.  I have enclosed, for your reference, a Donor Information Sheet to help you better understand how the funds in the Program will be utilized.
